MIS Integration
Health Vault can exchange data with the medical information systems (MIS) used by clinics. A patient encounter protocol produced by the AI dictation tool can be exported directly into the patient's chart in the MIS — no manual text transfer needed.
Supported MIS
We already integrate and work with popular MIS:
- 1C BIT "Medical Center Management" (1С БИТ «Управление медицинским центром»)
- MedLock
- 1C:Medicine
Integration is built through APIs and standard data exchange formats, so the list of supported systems can be extended for a specific clinic.
Patient encounter protocols
A visit dictated by a doctor is turned into a structured protocol based on the clinic's template, with sections designed for the MIS. Templates include a gynecologist visit, pregnancy ultrasound, liver elastometry, and others. See AI dictation for details.
The encounter protocol is attached to the patient's health record and built from the clinic's templates. The doctor reviews the result before exporting.
Codes for MIS
To hand a protocol over to the MIS, a special code is used — it works for a limited time and grants access only to the selected record (or protocol). The code can be revoked at any moment and does not expose the patient's other data.
Export
Exported protocols appear in the patient's chart in the MIS in a structured form. The set of fields and the format are agreed with your IT team as part of the integration contract.
